The PARC Group and the Davis Family have announced the purchase of the remaining undeveloped land in the southern part of the Glen Kernan community, located between Hodges and Kernan Boulevard. 

PARC plans to complete the development of Glen Kernan with new estate homesites while respecting and maintaining the unique vision that has defined Glen Kernan as a special community. 

Development plans will be released this summer, which will include more information on homesite availability and custom home opportunities.
